Shopify AOV Update

Shopify have updated the formula for Average Order Value has changed from ‘total sales’ to ‘gross sales minus discounts’, which may result in your AOV appearing lower as it used to include tax in the formula. This took affect from around 09 JAN 23. More infomartion about the AOV calculation can be found in the Shopify help documentation
