Shopify Customer ‘self-serve’

Shopify have added a new feature allowing customers to initiate a return. This needs to be turned on in the admin section. Once a customer submits a return request, you can the approve and email instructions and shipping labels. More details in the Shopify help section here. This feature is available on “New Customer Accounts” - details on the difference between new and classic customer accounts can be found here

Need cool feature would be to allow online credits.
